He currently leads the shared-services operation of the largest nonprofit healthcare system in the U.S, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles in companies like General Electric, AON, and Kraft Foods. He serves on numerous boards and advisory committees for organizations such as HfS Research, the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON), the World ITO/BPO Forum, and the Frontier Strategy Group.
